Keyla: Well, the first question is… where did you study? For how long? Ashley: I studied in the University of Puerto Rico in Bayamon an associated degree of 2 years.
Keyla: What is the title of your degree? Ashley: The title of my degree is Administrative Secretary 5.
Keyla: How many years have you been a secretary? Ashley: 37 years
Keyla: how long have you been working for this department? Ashley: 37 years too
Keyla: who is your boss? Ashley: Samarie Cunningham
Keyla: Which are your responsibilities as a secretary? Ashley: Things related to the Department of Finance. For example: distribute important documents and create a journal of reunions and other things related to this department.
Keyla: Do you like your job? Ahsley: Yes, I like my job because I like the working area and the volume of the work keeps me busy and that like me.
Keyla: Which are your working hours? Ahsley: I come at 8:30 to 12:30. I have lunch at 12:30 to 1:00 and 1:00 to 4:30.
Keyla: What is your salary? Ashley: My salary is 3,350 per month.
Keyla: Which are your benefits? Ashley: I have different benefits or example Retirement, Worker Association and from Cooperative.
Keyla: Do you plan to stay at this job? Ashley: No because I'm going to retire for years of service.
Keyla: Where do you work? Ashley: I work here in Financial Office at University of Puerto Rico in Carolina.
Keyla: How did you arrive at this working environment? Ashley: Well, my sister was secretary and she talks to me a lot about this career and it got my interest.
